Returns

If you want to return an order, you have the right to do so up to 14 days after receipt. The return costs are entirely for your account, also in case of loss or damage of the product, the risk is always for the sender. You must pack the package properly.

When can you not return the products?

• If the item has been worn or damaged, we cannot take it back.
• Items being returned must have the original labels and packaging.
• We do not provide a washing guarantee on items.
• When these are washed.
• Your return shipment is received too late by us.
• For hygiene reasons, these products are excluded from our returns policy:
  - Socks and tights
  - Swimwear
  - Hair accessories
  - Underwear
